Susquehanna Trail Apartments, LLC

Just moved in this past weekend and I am nothing but happy to live here. It was wonderful to open up the fort to my apartment and see a bag full of different goodies and essentials for the apartment. The bag included dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, fabric softener, toilet paper, and tissues. There were also snacks and a bottle of water. Just enough to use in my first few days. Which was perfect because I didn’t have to sort through my boxes to find those supplies. The move in process was so smooth, and the office staff were very helpful and kind when I had any questions come up. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I also have a dog, and love the fact that there is so much space to walk him! If you’re considering applying, I say do it! You won’t regret it!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier to be joining this community. From our initial inquiry- the community manager, Caleen, was so efficient in getting back to us to schedule a tour. From there, I was able to tour the property and several apartments. Caleen was kind, knowledgeable and so welcoming as she introduced us to all the amenities available and those to come while they continue working on their next building phases! The application process was seamlessly smooth, and communication has been top notch. We finally found the perfect place to make our home with our fur baby, and we are thrilled to move in and be a part of this gorgeous community. Thank you!

Only a couple of months into my residence at S Trail and the standouts for me are the large balcony(didn't know they come this large!!!!!!), the absolutely lovely sight of the cornfield, and Caleen's management. When I live at an apartment community, the location, apartment, and property manager/s all contribute in shaping the experience I will have. Thus far, Caleen has been communicative, attentive, responsive, easy to converse with, stern when necessary, and a policy enforcer (this is a big one for me). One of my fears when living at an apartment complex is having property managers who are apathetic to issues. Example, tenants who do things that are in clear violation of the lease, which impact others and the property manager failing to do anything. I am thankful that Caleen doesn'

🔴 Warning: Avoid this apartment like the plague! 🚨 This place is a total scam when it comes to security deposits. They'll charge you for "wear and tear" (their words, not mine) and even cooking on the stove? Yeah, they tried to charge me for that. Don't even get me started on the insulation – it's like living in a cardboard box. Bottom line: if you want to see your security deposit again, stay far, far away from this apartment. They'll nickel-and-dime you.

I am a homeowner in a neighboring community. Although I was not interested in renting an apartment, I had wanted to stop by and see the new apartments next door. I was very impressed by the apartments as well as how kind and willing Caleen, the community manager, was to show me around the community, knowing I was being a nosey neighbor. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.
