Honestly, I can't say enough wonderful things about my realtor, Susan Strawgate Code. She helped us find the perfect house in 2004 and then she helped us sell it in 2021! Her knowledge of the market, and the the process of buying and selling is unparalleled. She advised us on just how much to do to the house to get the best offers and then we got an offer over our asking in 3 days! Bought my home 20 years ago from Susan and used her expertise to sell that same home 20 years later. The crazy seller's market had slowed, but Susan used her experience and knowledge to market my home to attract multiple bids, finally accepting an offer much higher than asking price and for much more than I was anticipating in this rising rate environment. Susan was available throughout the process, while making sure all questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Don't know of a better Realtor if looking to sell your house in the Briarcliff area.

Susan assisted our daughter and son-in-law with the purchase of their first home. In a very tight market, Susan guided them through the process calmly, professionally, and kindly.
