I have photographed many homes for this office over the last 10 years. All agents I have worked with are personable, knowledgeable, and always strive to do the best for their clients. Highly recommended.
We were from across the country a few days specifically to look for places to buy in Westchester since we are originally from the area. We wanted to view a townhouse in an average price range that was listed on line and our agent was told we could not simply "View" the listing without showing either proof of funds or pre approval!! This is absurd. In fact, if one asks any other realtor about this requirement they make a face about requiring this information in order to "view or tour" a property for sale. I've never heard of this in my life. Furthermore, if this is a requirement to View this property then Houlihan Lawrence should have had it specified in the listing details. Based on this criteria and not taking the particular circumstances into the equation I personally wouldn't recom
