She went above & beyond to assist me in any way she could, regardless of the day/time (she even helped me after hours & on weekends & during her vacation). Susan was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I reached out to multiple banks about getting a loan and quickly found how difficult it can be. Susan, however, was immediately responsive and walked us step-by-step through the entire process. She set our expectations from the beginning and followed-up regularly. Do NOT use this woman as your loan officer. She is arrogant, rude, and highly unprofessional. She has no clue what she is doing, and for starters she reported our address wrong to all three credit bureaus, still to this day causing problems for us. She also had zero knowledge on the loan funding of the first property we put an offer on, which caused our deal to fall through (causing us and the seller major grief). In addition, she speaks in MAJOR circles, making it impossible to understand the information she needs from you. When we sat down with her to complete the simple (1 hour at most) loan application it took over FOUR hours.
