Susan Apartments

Terrible apartment complex they don’t do anything they dont fix anything maintenance is rude and property manager is even more rude the property manager is racist her name is Susan she thinks I’m Hispanic when I am an African American male she is very disrespectful I didn’t feel safe there with my girlfriend and my 2 dogs apartment didn’t come with and screens or locks to the windows so anybody can break in at any moment, the toilet wouldn’t flush upon move in hot water didn’t work upon move in mold in the air conditioner cabinet in kitchen did not close upon move in and worst of all they advertised a washer and dryer that not only didn’t work but prices were rising on them they say it’s a separate vendor and they have no control over it but why advertise it if you have no control people a

This place is the best. They come out right away to fix things and the place always looks great. The lawn is taken care of and we'll maintained just like the appointments

The worst place ever bad attitude and attention really bad condition on the apartment la and if you need fix anything they go to your apartment and said you I ‘lo be back and never come back again mold around the windows the heat can’t be programmed humidity on my roof the door of my closet had been broken since I moved here and never fixed anything it’s really annoying I can’t wait the time to leave

In simple words management seems to not care one bit although I know they switch management two or three times since living here so there goes that also maintenance team is terrible ignore every and any report you make from the most simplest request

I love it here, they have new management, and are fixing these apts up.The manager Sue, is a very humble person, and will help u in any way ,she can! Rent is much cheaper than other places. I'm staying! I love all the trees and landscspe , very inviting.
