My family had the worst experience with this title company. There was an issue that we brought to their attention and the answer was very lackadaisical and blaming even tough they are the professionals. Image buying your first property and your experience is awful due to the title company? Imagine paying the title company and them blaming you or your lender the entire time and acting as if you don't owe them a closing fee and aren't a customer? We were treated very transactional. Will provide screen shots of communication or lack there of, if someone wants proof. UPDATE: Pamela was mean and surly and Jeff was no help. I have worked with Jeff for the last 6 years. He has been the closing agent for properties i've bought, sold, and assigned. Always professional and easy to work with. Just spoke with Jeff who is assigned to rental properties with superior title. He was nice enough to express that he didn't care and even proceeded to agree that his tone of voice expressed his lack of care. Wow. So glad I'll never need to deal with this company.
