Villa Milano Apartments and Villas

We have lived in our apartment for almost a year now. This community has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly. Our apartment is a one bedroom and seems large when compared to others that we looked at. The quality of the apartment is great, there are granite countertops, natural stone backsplash, a large shower with a glass enclosure (rather than a tub with a shower curtain, a large balcony overlooking a beautiful pond, a washer and dryer in the apartment, lots of cabinet storage, and a ton of natural light. The apartment complex has a very nice app feature that can be added to your phone and any maintenance request can be put through on the app. We have had some minor requests and the staff was very quick to respond. Very well maintained property/grounds. Noah and Cami were amazing to work with and made move in a breeze! Was very impressed with management. Community is very private and does not feel like an apartment, it feels like a home.

Villa Milano Apartments and Villas is a very well managed gated community. The layout of the apartments is unique providing ideal privacy for tenants. Amenities such as a swimming pool, exercise facilities and warm and inviting common areas allow tenants to enjoy the space year round. Walking paths in and around the community encourage mobility. Management and maintenance staff are very attentive and responsive to any concern a tenant might have. It was a pleasure residing there.

Very glad I no longer live at Villa Milano. Rent/fees: rent prices increased 10%, trash costs increased 25%, and added a maintenance fee every month all in one year. Had to break my lease and had to pay for one months rent when I didn't even live in the unit, plus two more months rent as a fee ($4500). Maintenance: does not respond to requests in a timely manner. I went over a month without a functional dishwasher and had plumbing issues that went unresolved for a month. My apartment also had water come in under the baseboards from the rain, destroying the baseboard and flooring. Maintenance determined the solution was to paint the water damaged baseboards and left the buckled flooring. Gates to the apartment were almost never functional. Noah has been so kind and patient with me as I prepare to move. I love my new place as far as the view, the floor plan, and the proximity to the clubhouse. a Any bad reviews I have seen, seem trivial and childish for the most part. I will trust the other 99%. So, I am hoping to continue my 5 star Experience with Noah and the Villa Milano staff at my new home. Thank you
