Superior Association Management

Superior Association management is 20k more than our last company, rarely responds to emails, and excuses are more common (as you will notice in responses to reviews), than solutions. For example, we have trash and unclaimed recycle bins at the entrance of our community that are not being used, and have been there for months (no response to emails and no resolution). At a recent meeting a homeowner was yelling expletives and intimidating other homeowners. When a homeowner voiced their concern regarding safety via email, Sheri Scarborough (Licensed Property Manager and Partner) provided the following response: “1. I am not hired to do security. When we moved to a community in West Boca - Avalon in 2016 this company was the management company for the development. Within one week of moving in we were “greeted” with violation notices for deficiencies that were not any of our doing or left for us by previously neglected ownership. Then they thankfully left for a few years and the replacement management company was approachable and had set up an online system to communicate and discuss issues within the community. Unfortunately, that company moved on and we were left back with “Superior” management who constantly takes no responsibility for their developments and try to bandaid everything they have to, while forcing issues upon the homeowners that are not their issue. Our HOA hired Superior Association management a little less than 1 year ago. I have been on the board for 20 plus years. I have gone through many, many property management companies. Superior is by far the very best property management company from the owner to the office staff to the property manager!! If you are considering hiring Superior you can't go wrong!!

If I could give zero starts I would but unfortunately it doesn’t give me that option.

As board president of Cedar Cay’s Association, I have nothing but praise for this property management company. Our community used to be the laughing stock of our surrounding neighbors. With the significant improvement projects that our property manager led, we are now a most respected community that is sought after by buyers, even from some of the same neighbors who used to laugh at us. Any negative comments regarding this company are from people who refused to follow the community’s bylaws which they agreed to adhere to when they purchased their home.
