I had the interior of my condo re-done by Sunwood Development a couple of years ago. Greg was the only one of seven contractors that even returned my call. When he came to give me an estimate, he told me that Sunwood generally doesn't take on "smaller" jobs such as mine, but they'd take it on. He also said I might have sticker shock from the scope of work I wanted done. I wanted all new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, bathroom vanities & toilets, kitchen appliances, a new shower stall with glass doors, porcelain tile in the kitchen & entryway, ceramic tile in both bathrooms, and old school oak floors throughout the rest of the 1100 Sq.
