Pat Harriman is incredible to work with. I met her in 2003 when I bought my first house and my husband I have since completed 3 home sales and 2 purchases with her. Our most recent purchase in February 2021was challenging and Pat made sure everything went as smooth as possible by keeping on top of everything. She is always available and has great advice when you need it. Pat is the first person I recommend to family and friends, and will always be my go to person for home buying and selling.

Pat Harriman is extremely knowledgeable and professional in the market of real estate. She helped my husband and I find our first house with a very low budget. Less than 3 years later we needed a larger house as our family expanded. She gave us the much needed advice on what our home needed done to bring up value. We were able to sell our home for $90k above what we purchased it for. Additionally, she helped us find our second home within our price range and the location needed for easy access to child care and our jobs, with a contingency on simultaneously selling our home.
