SunSTONE Apartment Homes at MarketPlace

I had a first rate experience from move-in to move-out.I leased sight unseen from out of state. The apartments have the BEST location between Dillons and the Andover YMCA. I enjoyed my stay here. Maintenance was handled in a timely manner. Management and staff were professional and personable. These apartments are SAFE, family friendly, and pet friendly. Great sunset views if you have a west side apartment!

I lived at Sunstone from May 7th 2022 thru June 30th of 2025. I was unhappy from the get go, they charged me a year rent or not move in. I was having alot of health problems and needed to be closer to family and Dr's. They are charging residents for trash, bug spraying, water and sewer. Ridiculous can't prove the money they charge you is correct. Told me when it was 25 below zero and a foot of snow in front of my door, I should of been prepared. I went out with my walker and a broom and cleaned front of apt and a path to my car. They had the driveways cleaned cause someone got stuck. They are money grabber and dont care if they ruin your credit. They are charging me an extra 6 days rent, prorate trash, bug spraying and the full amout for water and sewer. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE As

We've lived at SunSTONE Apartments for more than two years now, and it was a nice property when we moved in. The current staffing has completely up to the level over the past year. Every single one of them does a fantastic job in their area. I absolutely love our layout and design inside the apartment, and it's wonderful to have the playground, the open area for sports, the basketball court, the pool, and the car wash. Maintenance is amazing. Richard was just in today to check on something I was concerned about, and he even came back to double check. Of all my years in apartments with maintenance, he's probably the most knowledgeable I've seen. He'll give it to you straight, and do everything he can to ensure that things are in working order. As a supplier, I visit many apartment communities in multiple states. I have to say that Sunstone at Marketplace is exceptionally well maintained. The community is always pristine and it's obvious the management and onsite team takes pride in the community. If I lived in Andover, I would not hesitate moving into Sunstone at Marketplace and highly recommend this community. Falcon and Natalie, in the leasing office, are exceptionally caring and make a huge effort to accommodate their residents.

I have lived here for 3 weeks and can't say enough good things so far about this complex. Falcon and Natalie in the office, and Joe and Robert in maintenance all rock and have jumped to action on everything I have brought up! In fact, I had an issue with my AC and Robert was over at 6:30 p.m. to check it out and determined it wasn't something they could fix till the next morning so he brought over a portable AC for me to use for the night since it was 84° in my apartment. Joe was over by 9:00 a.m. this morning to fix the issue. Love this place!
