It’s a small, very quiet community and the maintenance team was always on top of it. The problems started after we notified the property manager (Andrea Vitarelli) about our move out date. She is unprofessional, slow to respond and extremely rude. The move out instructions were emailed to us a week after we moved out. Having the deposit refunded has also been a challenge. Despite leaving the apartment clean we were billed an additional fee for cleaning (on top of the carpet cleaning fee in the contract). It took months to get clarity on what the cleaning charges were for. She almost never responds to voicemails or e-mails until multiple attempts have occurred over a long period of time. I highly recommend requesting a pre move out inspection and a walk through on the move out day to avoid

Very awesome people and wide variety of equipment was very pleased with experience they even have a complementary food n drink station I mean I got nachos pancakes and filled my cup with coke
