Nice until you have to deal with the associated property management (the hoa) for literally anything. I was unable to pay my bill for the longest time and I could not get in contact with anyone to pay it and eventually it went to collections. They also towed my truck even though it was driving and worked fine. Honestly wouldn't recommend the neighborhood just based off the hoa alone.

Tara is not a good managing agent ; she has a condescending attitude. The HOA spends a fortune on landscaping; leaf blowers making noise in the morning. We pay 215.oo a month and most of it goes to landscaping.

Sunstone 2 is just horrible! I can't wait to move! I try to contact management and they are very unprofessional. Will not answer emails Tara at apm management has a serious attitude problem! Like it's an inconvience for her to do her job. Handing emails off to other ppl! Property management is your job if you don't like it find a new career! I swear what a joke! We need to go back to the other management company this bootleg one is so unprofessional!

I hate living here and if I could move I totally would Tara is horrible and has no empathy what’s so ever she gives attitude and doesn’t care to listen to you also Karen’s live every where in this neighborhood so beware of this place l!
