I have stay at a home manage by Sunshine Investment for 4 years. My experience with them has been nothing but great. They respond quickly to worker orders and they follow up to make sure the problem is fix. If the problem doesn’t get fix right away they will make sure you are comfortable with temporary substitution in the meantime. I truly recommend Sunshine Investment to other for future home rental.

Renting a house from this real estate agency is not a good idea. The agent only cares about collecting money and does not deal with any rental disputes between tenants. Although the rent is higher than that of similar houses in the neighborhood (possibly due to the inclusion of agency fees), the service is not better. I will never rent from a real estate agency again. It's much better to rent directly from the landlord. 从这家房地产经纪公司租房不是一个好主意。中介只关心收钱，不处理租客之间的任何租赁纠纷。此外，租金不仅比附近同类房子高（可能因为还包含中介费），而且服务也好不到哪去。 我再也不会从房地产中介那里租房子了。 直接从房东那里租房要好得多。
