I do not know how this is the four star they have issues in that apartment with residence that are combative arguments. It looks like the owners they do not care that they have Biden residence there. I guess they just want their paycheck there for the rent to keep this company open, but also where I live. If you are on strike tour strike three you’re out of there and that they’re taking these people to court those people been there. They’ve been trying to take them to court. There’s always fight a certain man and then there’s a man with a lady there. I think they need to get the corporate office involved. People say that they already called the news on them well if a family of a loved one that I have there gets injured that property will no longer be there.

Friendly residents , but the office can care less about the residents. The elevators go out frequently and instead of just replacing the whole thing, they fix the continuous issues all for it to continue to go out . And it is not even repaired in a timely manner. They are aware they have elderly residents some of whom have medical conditions that cannot use the stairs with ease. I’m tired of seeing my family member take the stairs for weeks when they have a disease that gives them leg weakness , having to use the stair case. Get it together . There’s no reason for it to be drawn out as long as it has been. It’s been weeks . Get it together

I Have Been Here A Few Months. You Can't Pass Gas Without Everybody Knowing. Complex Rules Are Only Applied To Certain Residents, Me Being One of them. Music too Loud, Don't Feed The Squirrels , Don't Put Nothing Outside To Dry. Never encountered So Much Hate And Bitterness . Residents Here Dont Have A Life! Just Ratting Out People. I Love My Apartment But Management ,????. Maintenance Is Great I'm A Very Clean, Neat Person . Neatness Counts. I Don't Appreciate Being Singled Out. Women All Around Have Blankets, Even Underwear Hanging Out, I Don't See Martin Knocking At Their Door. And If Course I Don't Hear Any Music , The Dining Room Is So Bland Could Use A Little Music. And Now You Know The Rest Of The Story 🤠

Well maintained apartment complex for an established place. Like the fact that they have elevators. The patio area is nice. The most important thing of all is that my aunt likes living there.

Better locks now. I feel that the residents are safer with the new lock system. They also have been remodeling, painting, etc. It was needed. Grandma is happy.
