My girlfriend and I moved in around the end of May 2025 and though the hill is still a bit daunting, we enjoy the property! Sima gave us a tour, answered all our questions with great detail, and helped us through the application process with care making it a very smooth transition. Since living here, everything has been very professional. Text reminders in advance if anything is scheduled to happen at the property per maintenance and upkeep; timely responses for any of our concerns, and respectful communication. No complaints at all for management!:) Sima has been amazing to work with!
