In July, we submitted a maintenance request for mold growing underneath the carpet with a picture attached. It is now September and the mold has since spread through most of the apartment and the environment is not habitable due to the toxins from the mold. Our rent was paid up through July. Maintenance never showed during the 2 separate scheduled times and cancelled our request(s) without notice. I have asthma and had to go to the Emergency Room for the first attack I've had in years due to this situation.
I've lived here for 3 years; was hoping to make this my last home. Not any more. The new owners are not very nice. Our lots have been promised to be paved....not happening. My rent jumped over $200 since the new owners have taken over. I don't know how anyone can afford to live here.
I have lived here 10 years, I can't believe how much the new company has done, work orders get done in a timely fashion, they are redoing the apts, the snow plow guys do a great job, the sidewalks and parking lot have never been this clear during the winter, I thank you for doing such a great job, thank you
Might be good for retirees. Seemed very lonely place
