Sunset Landing Apartments

I've been here for almost 4 years now and I am now going without a lease because it's too much to get out of the lease early. And since I moved in the rent is going up and up and up and up and they said that this is due to the price of living increase. I don't about you but the price of living increase so that would mean that I get something new in my apartment every year from the company like upgrades on faucets things like that. That hasn't happened. The only time they fix something is when something breaks. Not replace it with new items, I got a refrigerator that's been peeing into a cup and inside for quite some months now. Also I got a shower that must be leaking into the ladies apartment downstairs because well I don't think she's talking to me because of that.

Listen to the other reviews... I lived here for two years and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. Your apartment WILL smell like cigarettes and pot, and management will do nothing about prevention. My packages were stolen numerous times, management again- has nothing to do with it. There aren't cameras within the building either. I've had management enter my apartment before without notice as well. I never gave them any issues, no reasons to fret whatsoever. All I received were issues... seriously, not worth your money.

Wish I could say zero stars!!! I lived here almost 2 years and they do not work with the good tenants at all!!! No heat for weeks, no water for days, no designated area for smokers so they congregate right outside the door, outside side door was never locked (security), cable wiring had to be spliced to another apartment because they didn't want to run new wiring, therefore I had a ton of internet connection issues, windows leak, and the local office and main office do not communicate what's going on. I asked to be released from my lease one month early and they said no despite the issues and I was never even one day late with my rent!!! I do NOT recommend!!! I will be plastering this review on any apartment site that I can!! Oh and they require you to pay online and then charge a $10 fee

Do not move here. I promise you, You will regret it. Lived here almost 2 years now and moving. There has been 2 fires here already and the last one management didnt even tell me about I found out by friends thankfully. Management never answers emails or the phone. The place stinks and they are raising the price of living here each year even though they really havent improved anything. Washers and dryers destroy your clothing and their coin machine will eat your change. No one will help with that because again management doesnt answer 90% of the time. I have just given up.

This is a cheap place to live if you have nowhere else to go. Maintenance is unresponsive. Washing machines remain broken for months. They do not plow or shovel the parking lot during storms, so expect to do that yourself. It's affordable, but you most certainly get what you pay for. I would not rent here again, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
