5 star potential but parking really kills it. Lots of cars that havent moved in months and if you come home from work after 8pm you will not park in the property. You're lucky to get street parking. I have to park blocks away every night. Its terrible.

I don't even live here yet. I have been trying for weeks to get an email response to even apply. I attempted to call today hoping the people in the office are just bad with technology but no one is answering the phone either. I hope others won't waste time trying to move into this place, just from the lack of response shows how inept they are at caring about their job.

I am both a resident and an employee of Sunset View Apartments. The rent here is several hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else in Portland metro, hands down. There is an incredibly long wait list due to this fact, but you obviously can’t blame the property; I walked on my old lease to move in here when my name came up on the wait list, and I saved all the money I lost in 8 months due to the cheaper rent. Utilities are included but electricity seems more expensive than elsewhere. I’ve given 4 stars because residents are basically allowed to do anything they want. There are no fines or repercussions for just about anything until 3 separate people complain consistently about a problem. Children run wild and trash the property, but again, can’t really blame them, just wish there was some

I have lived at the sunset view apartments for over 5 years now. These apartments are really clean and sufficient. The Management staffs are really nice,respectful and responsive. Specially the manager Sarah walker. The best manager I have ever met.

I would highly recommend not moving into these apartments. I have lived here since august and have had nothing but a hard time since moving in. first, my neighbors called the cops on me accusing me of beating my child, and the cops came to do a welfare check when I confronted the neighbor about it they said get used to it that’s how things are around here. Secondly, I’ve had my car towed twice one of my cars the tow yard wouldn’t give back in my car was parked in the apartment parking lot third the apartment management has entered my apartment twice without my permission. Fourthly, there was a there was a month of the garbage compactor not working, and nowhere to put our garbage. Management said that there would be a $50 fine if any garbage was left outside of the compactor. Also over thre
