Sunset Terrace Apartments

I lived here 7 years, although I had my unit professionally cleaned on move out and there were no damages, no insect or vermin of any kind, Joline Tapiilla is withholding my half of deposit, and charging me for cleaning services. Not a spect of dust was left, no damage,l and I have videos to prove it ! Plan to pursue small claims court to obtain all of my deposit. Please know your renters rights, they are counting on you not fighting for your right. Always take photos before and after you move and don’t leave not a speck of dust!

Cristen was the manager that helped me. She greeted me with a smile at the front door when I came in. I enjoyed the tour of Sunset. Looks like a nice place to live. All of my questions were answered. This is definitely on my return list before making my final decision for an apartment!!

The atmosphere is calm and quiet 🤫 with high security cameras all over the area. During the nights I could sleep comfortable without any worries.

Looks like a very calm and secure place to live in have been looking all over the valley and seems perfect for my children and me.

My great friend enjoys living there. So many amenities. ( perfect for senior living)
