Sunset Ridge of Alamo Heights Apartments

I’ve had a great experience at Sunset Ridge Apartments. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and responsive they truly make you feel welcomed and valued as a resident. The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the technicians are courteous and knowledgeable every time. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community well maintained. Overall, Sunset Ridge is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed community with a great team.

Loved this property! The staff and maintenance crew were so nice. Property was always maintained and cleaned and if I needed something fixed it was always quickly. I never felt brushed off. The gym was nice and clean I only moved out cause we bought a house!

I’ve lived here since March of 2020. I’ve gone through two different management companies, but have never come across any issues in my almost six years. The amenities are gorgeous and well maintained, the staff have always been friendly and quick to respond, and my apartment has been my safe haven and pride for the last six years. As I am getting ready to leave and move in with my partner, I’m definitely going to miss this place. I think it’s the perfect community for someone who wants to be close to Downtown, the Pearl, etc., but still feel like they’re in a small neighborhood community.

These are comfortable historic apartments in a very lovely area with a gentle atmosphere and nice neighbors. The staff is great and very responsive! We opted in for the carport which is additional. The space isn't perfect, it has gotten muddy due to the silty soil and landscaping, but the staff has cleaned the space and have been able to keep it mud free for various months. These apartments have been renovated multiple times as they were built in the 1940s. Their hardwood floors and historic phone nooks are beautiful. The renovations are a bit mixed, they used really good materials but some things were done in a bit of a rush. That said, as stated earlier, the staff is great and have helped correct small issues here and there. No place is perfect and issues do come up with older buildin

Just wanted to put a "Thank you" on here for a repair / installing we had done in our apartment by a 'Ray'. These apartments are a little older, but have been updated and the maintenance has been kept up and I do appreciate it! As a busy newlywed, I just want to say Thank you for your hard work and explaining what will be done ✔️ and in a timely manner. ✨️ If no one else tells you -> Thank you Mr Reyes, and have a good day!
