As a resident of this community for the past seven years, I wish to convey my consistently positive experience living here. I have found the living environment to be remarkably trouble-free throughout my tenure. Whenever maintenance assistance has been required, the issues have been addressed with commendable efficiency and expertise, ensuring thorough and prompt resolution. The proactive approach to property management is evident through regular apartment inspections, which contribute to maintaining high standards. Furthermore, pest control services are readily arranged and efficiently deployed whenever necessary, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic living space for residents. Maintenance is horrible! No one speaks English to a person that doesn't speak Spanish! So they don't understand a word you say! And management is not good either because they take forever to get any repairs! Just not a good place to live! Especially if you are handicapped! They won't make any exceptions for you! And they allow some people to break the rules and other people can't! Favoritism is what I see!

I lived with roaches for like 7 months , asked them to help me out and never did , my son got sick and still sick due to this. Asked to move out and just give me my deposit back because there’s no way I can live like this and they didn’t care. Now I’m living with roaches and mice, thank you very much :) Im a good tenant and responsible with rent never complain about anything but my son health goes first and they didn’t care. Do not rent here. Plus Joanna the lady from the office needs to be more humble and have a better customer service, she’s always rude.

It’s an excellent place to live. The new owners are working hard in the property to make it look much better. The whole property is lit up at night. The managers of the office are great people to ask questions to and are always respectful. I recommend it 100%.
