What a wonderful place! This is one of the most well-stocked, beautifully decorated rentals we’ve ever had. A block to shops and restaurants and 15 minute walk to beach which was easy with the beach wagon and even faster with the bikes. The town is extremely quiet and dog-friendly. Beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the 4 distinct outdoor spaces - screen porch, front porch, fire pit and roof deck. Plenty of room for 2 couples or a family of 6.

Our family agrees this is our home away from home! We love the spacious layout for playing games, doing puzzles & preping wonderful meals together…. also easy to find a quiet spot inside or out on the swing to read or nap. Beds & large sofa are comfy & everything is clean & uncluttered. We love Carl & his staff - always responsive & neighbors are terrific.

We just wrapped up a wonderful week at 112 Cape Shores Dr. The house was amazingly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. From kitchen equipment to beach gear, we had it all. The location offers spectacular views of the water. The spacious deck, the comfortable screened porch, the big dining room and the number of bedrooms and baths made it very comfortable for our family. We also loved the hot tub after our long, tiring day.

Our vacation at Sunset Point Villa was a favorite for everyone. It very spacious, well furnished and perfectly equipped. We all especially enjoyed the 2nd floor Family Room which had something for everyone. Walking distance to the pool, tennis courts, restaurants and grocery /drug store. Highly recommend this Villa, you won't regret it!

We have had the pleasure of working with Carl and assisting us with our vacation rental this past July. He was phenomenal to work with and assisted us with making sure our family vacation was everything we expected. Highly recommend!! We recently reached out to him to start planning our beach vacation for next year. Exception customer service. Looking forward to working with him again.
