Sunset Pointe Apartments

Very clean apartments, and well kept property. Maintenance requests were always handled very quickly, and all of their Maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Groundskeeping and pool maintenance were always done regularly, and the property is consistently being improved. The leasing office has some real stars as well. Rosie, DeAnn, and the supervisor Alex are all exemplary. They were very understanding when we were looking to transfer units, and did all they could to facilitate the transfer. Even though the unit they set aside for us ended up not being able to meet our needs, we really appreciate their help in making the process as smooth as possible, and even helping cancel the transfer when we decided we were going to have to look elsewhere. I was calling to look for a place and the lady named Rosie she and other staff were very rude and nasty no hospitality whatsoever I was already changed me 250 for an application fee plus the background check and some other fees they added and this management is very unprofessional. They kept adding an additional fees to the original price I was promised prices every time I come back every other day to hold my apartment they will go up on the price no matter what a couple hundred not just 50 bucks or 70 bucks and with a rude managers just because your a lead and you have to do your job lol again her name is Rosie!. i'm born and raised in Vegas, and I never came across as many SCORPIONS as I did living here!!! Every day, I'm killing SCORPIONS they practically have a key the way they're in and out of my home... A year ago I was in building 18 and I used to see about 2 to 3 SCORPIONS every month no roaches or spiders. I realized the SCORPION issue was really bad when I left my dog outside the balcony after taking him for a walk just to return to find his stiff body. Furthermore, I needed to move into a different unit (if I could leave this place completely I would!!) I've only been living in building 12 for three months and I already had pest control come in my home and spray three times for SCORPIONS and BUGS! It seems like nothing is working... i'm getting bugs that I never used to see before.. the S

Hello! I would like to start this review off by saying thank you to Alex, Rosie ,Maria and the incredible maintenance staff for providing me with a wonderful experience while being on property. This team moves efficiently and swiftly to make sure things are getting done. These people are extremely kind and welcoming of your needs and concerns.
