Sunset Pointe Apartments

Its been ok until I was greatedly by the angry maintenance for parking in the wrong spot at 5am. He smacked my car twice with the palm of his hand to emphasize how angry he was about it. Your packed like sardines and often end up parking on the road. If you leave for a couple days you need to give your car keys to maintenance so they can move your car if it snows for his plow. Entitled and unprofessional. Smoke as much weed as you want but it will just make your angry issues worse. Threatened with eviction after I called to complain about his conduct. You've been warned.

Worst management company I have dealt with. The manager, Bruce, never comes to fix anything or even made sure it was ready to go in the first place. After moving out and giving 54 days of notice they won't refund our security deposit as they claim 60 days notice is required. Never received any sort of lease agreement. They have a "3 bedroom" apartment where the 3rd room is barely bigger than a closet. The washer/dryer and water heater are all in the bedroom as well. So glad to be out of this apartment complex.

These apartments are decent inside but the management is awful my son and his dad lived there a year apartment never was completed inside never got a lease when moved out told your not getting your security deposit back cause didn't follow the lease rules of moving out , seriously if you have rules then follow through them on your end like completing the inside of the apartment when you had a year to get it done ,trying to get ahold of someone for 2 months to communicate with them get no response back until I did mention will be taking it to court then you finally get a call after 2 months but guess what problem not solved you don't keep the security deposit when you never got a lease from day one stating the move out process will update once court stuff is done and finalized.

This place is a circus. Management has favorite renters that make noise anytime of day. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Kids are loud and sound like they are going to fall off the roof. Management shovles and plows at 4am or when they feel like it even if it snows 1 inch. Parking is a disaster and again favorites dont get in trouble with management. Cant wait for the lease to be over so i can leave this trailer trash. I wont recommend it here at all. Read a review about 4 years ago and thought it had change but still the same trashy place it was 4 years ago from the review.

Very unprofessional. We were told we could move in on the 1st of the month and the date kept being pushed back. The manager of the property would text us inappropriate responses such as we didn’t have time to discuss the matter and she would take days to return our calls. Terrible customer service and we are now out of $870. We worked with them for almost 3 months and absolutely no move in date set up or anything after our deposit was made. Called headquarters as well and they couldn’t do anything for us. Save your money. Very disappointed.
