This is the BEST property mgmt company! 3 years in the same apt, flexible an “on it.” On it, meaning every maintenance request has been addressed within 24 hours. Fair market value on rent always. Been renting from Liz for 2.5 years on Lauretta st and this is one of the good property management companies in town! Not all property managers are equal!! When we report issues, we have maintenance reach back out within 48-72 hours. When there are issues happening at the complex (waste management company strike, roof repairs, etc....), we are notified via text message. When I've called, staff has always been helpful and professional. For the rent being charged and the service we receive, this is a property management company providing great value. Thank you Liz.

Have been renting with SP since last January. Domenick is always so helpful and responds to any issues I’ve had with haste. Very pleased with this realty group and the two properties I’ve rented from them!!
