We absolutely love our little home and our peaceful little neighborhood! We worked with Courtney at first and then with Miriam and they were both absolutely wonderful. We came 3 times to look at different models, and Courtney always took her time to show us around and gave us an abundance of information. We worked with Leo as well and he was extremely knowledgeable and make us feel very confident with the warranty process. We love still seeing them around the neighborhood! We will be sad once all the houses are sold/construction is finished, then we won’t be seeing him anymore!

If you don’t have time to constantly go back and forth with the HOA, don’t buy here. Every small issue turns into a major problem. You’re not allowed to do anything in your front and backyard—not even simple landscaping or minor updates—without prior approval from the HOA. And that’s not the end of it; you’ll have to keep following up just to get a response or update. This isn’t my first HOA, but it’s by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

During our initial visit, the sales team was friendly and helpful. However, they applied high-pressure tactics by urging us to sign a contract that day, claiming it was the best deal available. After researching other options, we discovered this was not the case. The interest rates offered were higher than those of most builders in the area, and the overall build quality seemed to be average or below average compared to similar properties. Additionally, upon speaking with residents, we learned about ongoing issues with their homes and struggles in getting minor repairs addressed through the warranty process. While the initial interaction with the sales team was pleasant, these factors ultimately led us to look elsewhere.

I took my clients to look at their homes and we were very impressed by the designs and quality of construction. The community is on a quiet street very close to Clermont and Groveland. Myriam was very knowkedgeable and helpful. Thank you for making my clients feel at home.
