I helped my sister buy her first home here and the entire process from start to finish was amazing. I've been in the construction industry for over 20 years and understand some of the challenges. I will also admit that I was a royal pain the the a** to the builder with my final walk, but they honored their side of the deal and my sister is as happy as can be. I was worried when reading some of the issues with power in some of the earlier reviews, and found that it was 100% the fault of the power company. We were hesitant to go through with the purchase based on some of the reviews. The builder showed the email trail where power was promised by a certain date and the power company missed it by about 3 months. I can't blame the builder there. Overall, I'd say you can't go wrong buying

Unfortunately, verbal assurances may not be upheld during the warranty phase, as we discovered when encountering minor exterior repairs still outstanding from our final walkthrough. We also experienced some cosmetic issues, such as stucco cracking, within the first month of ownership. Multiple homeowners reported significant issues, including mold, lot grade, water leaks, and poor workmanship as well as lot drainage. A local home inspector we were contracting to help us based off local recommendations and who also inspected several recently sold homes in the neighborhood confirmed these concerns, highlighting specific examples of defects. Based on his findings, he strongly advised us to insist on inspections at every stage of the building process.
