SunSeekers Rental and Property Management has been managing our home for summer rentals for several years. Ken and his staff have been wonderful to work with. They are very responsive and have consistently taken care of any issues that arise. They also maintain a reliable network of service providers who assist with repairs and maintenance. For example, when our AC unit stopped working, they quickly coordinated the repair. They have also helped arrange landscaping services when needed. We have had no issues with the tenants they have secured for our property, and the entire process has been smooth and stress-free. SunSeekers is professional, reliable, and very easy to work with. If you are looking for a property management company for your property, I highly recommend this team.

We have been using Sunseeker Rentals & Property Management for 4 years now. To date, I have not had any issues with them. Ken and his staff have always been very responsive, I have never been answered in a rude manner or had any troubles reaching them or treated dismissively. We are a very busy couple and having a professional running our place and doing comps for us, maintenance etc., is amazing! We approve all work before having anything done to our home. Ken is honest, transparent. I am in the Legal Field and I don't write reviews, unless I truly feel I am happy with the business and I'm getting a bang for my buck! and that they are doing the job! and they sure are.
