This is my first time living in an apartment, and the paperwork didn’t take long at all. I’ve been here for about 2.5 months, and so far I really like it—central AC keeps it comfy, and the walls seem soundproof since I barely hear my neighbors. The managers are super helpful and always reply to my emails. Internet’s already set up, the fridge is huge, and the electric stove saves on gas. Hot water works instantly, and there’s no parking stress. They also have valet trash service. Sometimes I see homeless people walking around in the evening or at night, but recently security guards have been patrolling every evening, which is reassuring. I have lived here since November of 2024 and when I first came here Brittany and Natasha were here and were the greatest. Then they started getting new management, the only friendly person is Assistant Manager Michael Whitaker. The other staff are rude I avoid the office at all costs, i've had misplaced packages. Don't be in the second building you will NEVER get your packages, i've made numerous calls to Amazon Customer Service. There have been numerous roach sightings across multiple units, I have to spray monthly to avoid them I cannot wait until my lease is up, I hear they stole my old neighbors deposit and didn't ever give it back her unit was spotless she barely stayed in it (i hope that is not the case for me...we will see if I have to fight) and ignored her multiple inquiries about

I just wanted to say even though I've had my good & bad experiences I cannot thank JC the manager enough. She's the only manager in this property that has followed through with everything and when I say everything I truly mean everything. Past managers were horrible, nothing would get done or resolved. Im so happy we finally have a good and caring manager like JC in these apartments. Since shes been with Sunrise Station all my maintenance work in the apt unit has been completed and done. She's very sweet and will make sure to check in on you and see if things are taken care of correctly as well. My A/C now works after months, but that not the case for every unit. Proceed with EXTREME caution. Trash dumpster often overflowing and doesn’t get emptied frequent enough-homeless people pull out trash to get recycles. Homeless squatters in apartments, frequent fire alarm pull thru night. Unlawful entry into apartments! Lack of physical security & cameras. Unsecured magnetic door locks that don’t hold non residents out of building. Hallways smell because homeless urinate and defecate in them and sleep on the hallway floors. The exterior doors are damaged no allowing them to close securely. Many stolen packages like one being taken in photo.
