Gabrielle, the property manager, and Jose, the maintenance guy are so wonderful and do an excellent job maintaining the property. It is clean and well managed. I appreciate all they do for my mom who has lived there just over a year now! Being that I have worked in property management myself, I was really picky where my mom rented. I can't express how happy I am with my mom living there. They truly deserve recognition for a job well done! They are such an amazing duo!

I've lived on the property for now a little over 2 years. Overall, I'm a happy camper 🙂. The ground level 1-bedroom units are on a property in a gated community that is only accessible via a gate code from the resident. I haven't experienced any trouble with any of the residents. Considering compliance to the property rules and respectful towards one other and our living spaces. The property conducts a Neighborhood Watch, and as most seniors here are more fragile than I, I keep mindful of my neighbors safety. I'll avail myself if they need me. The property manager "Gabrielle," is both beyond kind and does an outstanding job managing the property along with her sweet soul 😊. As well as "Jose," who does an awesome job upkeep- ing the maintenance and landscaping. He gets my 2 high-fives 🤗. Th

Gabriella is a wonderful asset to this property! Although me and my husband didn't qualify for this property, Gabriella called Lake Tonopah manager Cindy & sent us over to those senior apartments. Thank you so much Gabriella you're awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just moved to the community two months ago & I like it more everyday. The Manager is a Very Nice & caring lady. She has goes out of her way to make me fill welcome. The maintenence person is just the 👌 best!! Very clean Very nice Very quiet a great place to live!!🥰

Just renewed my lease with Sunrise Senior Village. I would like to share that, this is the community I call Home Sweet Home. The property is clean, well maintained. Apartment has many great features that are so nice to have. Like a linen closet in bath, a pantry, coat closet. The manager here is top notch, professional, makes you feel welcome, and a nice person. Maintenace is fast to respond, does nice work and goes the extra mile to make sure work is done to your satisfaction. The neighbors are nice, guess my home is perfect.
