Sunrise on Bethany Apartments

We have been living here since October and it’s been great!! Community swimming pool and BBQ area and both are very nice! Kids Park right next to the pool, a little out dated/old but my kids don’t complain and still play over there almost everyday lol. The apartments are updated and our three bedroom is spacious and beautiful. Have had no issues at all! Definitely would recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a place. Washer and dryer in outside laundry room right off the front door.

We have a great life living here at Sunrise on Bethany. We to see the growth this property has gone through. Sometimes there are hiccups in our lives but when it comes down to it we are very happy with living here. Also,we have lived here 8 years going on 9 years. When ever we have issues Maria and Victor comes to the rescue. I pray that everyone has the views if not better. I lived on the property in the past with the original owner and I raised my children here. I Love you all.

Maria is a very nice manager. Been living here for 5 years and never had a problem. She's very punctual in handling repairs when needed. She goes above and beyond to keep the premises safe.

Beautiful and wonderful place to live management is so nice. I’ve been treated with love and respect right down the street from Westgate. The apartments are beautiful, stainless steel appliances, up-to-date kitchen, light fixtures, ceiling fan, and every room outside you have your own patio. I love it here. I recommend a bachelor to move here or a mom of four. The pool area is beautiful. ❤️❤️👌✅

We have been in these apartments for 5years now. When we have any issues we text Maria and issue is resolved without a problem. There are no loud parties or fights. People all are quiet and respectful for the most part. We have family that also lives here next to us with no issues also. I highly recommend these apartments.
