I just moved in, the apartment is amazing. So is the complex. The area is so safe you can walk alone at night. The maintenence guy steve is funny and super cool. And lastly but not least importantly the manager Wendy, i cannot say enough good about her. She has outstanding character and honesty. Ive never meet a manager thats so cool yet extremely professional.

The front desk ladies are genuinely so sweet. They have such amazing personalities and I have never felt more listened too. This place is amazing and so are all of the staff. Both macitence guys are freakin sweet as heck too and so so helpful with ANYTHING.

I’ve lived here for nearly 6 months now and my overall experience has been 10/10 amazing. My move in was so quick and easy, the apartment was clean and perfect upon arrival. Wendy made my move in process very easy and was extremely helpful. I toured the place and was able to sign a lease a day or two after. I have amazing neighbors, the majority of the community is very quiet and friendly and it feels very safe. Wendy the property manager is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff are super kind and have great response time. The renovated apartments are really nice and the common areas are kept very clean and the whole place is landscaped well and has a very friendly cute well renovated vibe given these were built in the 70’s. I want to give a huge shout out to our amazing chief of maintenance Steve! My plumbing was not working in my bedroom bathroom and he was able to order the part and clear the pipe to get it up and running again for me. I appreciate him always being on top of repairs and making sure that requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. He is always so friendly and wonderful and we appreciate his help so much!
