We chose Sunrise Homes Lake Toscana for our new home and couldn’t be happier. The reliability was impressive—always on time and dependable. The quality of the construction feels solid, and the communication was clear and friendly at every step. Prices were affordable while still offering lots of customization, and the team helped us pick home plans that fit our lifestyle. It truly feels like a home builder that listens and delivers. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here.

Overall a decent quality construction company, however there is no accountability for errors due to some poor construction quality. Words of advice, keep a close eye during every step of your construction and don’t accept mediocrity . Several residents have severely fractured/cracked concrete driveways, due to poor concrete prep work and materials used. Sharing picturs of my experience- 2 years and 4 concrete slabs on my driveway totally cracked and caved in. Builder neglected to replace, even though it is obvious that the quality of materials used and the prep work was the root of the issue. Not a very satisfied customer. The community and peaceful surroundings makes it well worth it to live in Lake Toscana- the builder just keep a close eye on quality.

Great place to live! Luxury homes that you would find in a high end beach location neighborhood. But they are nice and tucked away here locally in wimuama
