So I’m going to address some of these reviews because they are bogus and quite misleading. For starters this is an amazing place to live I have been here since the first week they’ve been opened and the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. (Myron, the Old Manager) was a wet rag but he’s been gone for months now. I have had ant problems in the past but is typical with any new development, they (ants) are not used to people living here so they smell food and get curious but staff and myself have easily fixed that issue. The rent did go up in the area because we are in a hotspot for new buildings right next to gold river between Anatolia and seriously seconds from the freeway an amazing spot to live. I dare anyone to find a less affordable place for what you get and where w
Application process went really well, my own feelings of being nervous of this major move have nothing to do with how it went. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to move here, all the fees, expectations and contractual agreements were discussed very clearly. I dare say that if any negative reviews exist solely based on a person not being qualified, or negativity with no explanation that these are disregarded. Furthermore I will provide information about CA to dismiss garbage accusations. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Details on California Rent Increase Law (AB 1482) Maximum Increase: The cap is generally (Consumer Price Index), with a strict maximum of . I love my apartment, but when I first moved in, I was told my rent would be around $1,450. Before signing, I was informed it might increase by $100 since everyone’s rent was going up. However, at signing, I was assured the leasing agent had confirmed with corporate that my rent would not be raised until the next general increase for all tenants. Less than two months after moving in—right after the agent left his position—my rent was raised to about $1,580 without any 30-day notice, written notice, or email notification. This is a violation of the law. When I went to the office to discuss it, they asked how I knew the new amount if I hadn’t been notified. I explained that the online portal showed the amount due and reminded them that I never received any official notice. Despite this, they
My application experience at this apartment complex was excellent. Contrary to some of the comments I've seen, I found the requirement for a deposit while processing the application to be completely reasonable. It's understandable that the management would need this commitment to proceed with approvals. The staff were straightforward and efficient, ensuring that no one's time was wasted, which I appreciated. It's worth noting that once you receive your keys, your interactions with them are minimal, so there shouldn't be any concern about ongoing dealings. The apartments themselves are brand new, exceptionally clean, and come with great rules that ensure the safety and security of all residents. Their background checks help to maintain a safe living environment, which is a significant adv
Beware. I signed a one year lease and just months here they increase rent hundred bucks for all residents. They said this is legal because this is low income apartments. The management in particularly Myron always has an attitude everyone in the office is very snappy and rude. This place is like living in jail and we are Americans who pay rent but they make it a very horrible place to live. They are now implementing a new rule in July that you have to have a parking pass in order to be here if you have guests your guests have to register to get a parking pass God forbid you have any guests that need to come on the weekend when they're closed good luck with getting them a parking pass.. the residents here leave garbage everywhere play loud music it's getting worse and worse by the day..
