Sunrise Apartments

I just moved in at Sunrise Apartments and the process was very easy. Saucha at the rental office was the best. She was super thorough in explaining the practices, procedures, and guidelines of the community in order to make any needs or requests as easy as possible to get taken care of. She helped me with all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner and made certain that all of my paperwork was incredibly organized and easy to understand and complete (I really like that she includes check lists with all of the leasing paperwork; it really helped make the process less cumbersome and ensured that I couldn't miss a step or a signature). It has walls, electricity and plumbing. Thats the good parts. Oh, and maintenance is surprisingly great. Had a leaking faucet and they immediately fixed/repaired it within 4 hours of notification. The bad? Constant roaches, homeless drug addicts that set up encampments literally right outside the gates. I walk by them with their outside fires sometimes. And you can pass multiple people high on drugs in any direction you walk in. Not a place you wanna live. But.... its good enough if you need the bare minimum starting point. 1050 a month is pretty high for simple rent. But you can thank rising costs for it.

Well ever since Nicole,and Carol took over things have been improving in so many ways.From handling Section 8 correctly,to helping out a resident by providing Information needed to submit recertifications,to getting my carpets cleaned,as well as handling maintenance requests in a timely manner...We even have security now. I do wish things were better in regards to cleaning the outside of the residence. But all in all they're are doing amazing job!! Way to go Ladies

Yes the floor plans are “cute” but do not be fooled these apartments are disgusting to live in!! I moved to vegas recently and I only wish someone would have written a review concerning the filth surrounding this apartment. Please be aware the apartments have countless roaches and RATS!!! Not sure how I didn’t see any when I did my tour but living here was the absolute worst decision I made. Visit the alley and not just the front of the building there is large amounts of trash, homeless encampments etc. management can only do so much if you are used to a healthy style of living and descent apartment you will regret living here!! Don’t underestimate this is the grosses place to reside stay far away if you are not used to these type of conditions!!! Gross gross gross

This community provides beautiful floor plans with nice stainless steel appliances and a convenient walk to the downtown strip. The office staff are very helpful and friendly.
