Sunrise Apartments

I Just left from the office of the sunrise Apartments and the two lovely ladies were very helpful and patient and made sure that I had everything that I needed to get started with the process to leasing with the property. My experience was quick, easy and stress-free. I’m just hoping that moving forward I get all good news to become a part of their small quiet community.

If I could give no stars I would. Had trouble before I even moved in. I should have taken that as a sign and ran. They take ur money and demand more and more. Then they tell you that you make too much money and give you 60 days to leave all right before every major holiday. They completely ruined our thanksgiving, x mas and new year. Instead of celebrating and decorating we had to save pack and move all the while still paying them rent. Thanks guys. Hope your holiday is great!

5 stars for sure , I went to look at the sunrise apartments and Bobbi helped me right away with the application, she’s very helpful and patient, I’m hoping I do get approved , I loved everything about this apartment and the people that work there ,very respectful!

I don't recommend this apartment to no one. Horrible experience. No peace. Roaches and mice. People not cleaning up after there pets. Unsupervised children causing trouble & being rude. Gate always broken. I had a health concern with a tobacco smell entering my unit, it was NEVER resolved. After being there for 2 years, I needed to get out. The only good thing out of this place was being sheltered. That's it.

I am a tent here at sunrise… I am giving 5 stars… since I moved in I have had a good experience the office has answered all my questions has made sure I have all the resources I need to move around the apartment complex with no problems has been keeping the place clean I love living here thank you to all the office stafff
