Lived here approx 2.5 yrs. Unable to keep property manager. (Interim Mgr 2 days/wk) . I believe we've had 6 mgrs. No cleaning person for bldg. Handicap Parking is a joke. Bldg is more assisted living than 55 & over. Rent initially $700.00 starting January 2026 for 1 bedroom will be $830.00. Renters pay for water.sewer and trash. Also smoking is allowed in apts. In process of looking for another apt. Fairway Management /JES holdings
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, EXPENSIVE, BAD HEATING, BAD WINDOWS, EXPENSIVE, UTILITY BILLS, CAN'T KEEP A MANAGER, AN IF THEY GET ONE!! 7 TIMES, THEY SO FULL OF THEM SELVES,, AN WE ARE OLD, WE ARE NOT STUPID!! THAT'S A START! BEEN HERE 2 YRS.YIKES‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️SEE YA‼️
