While our home was prebuilt and not custom, it did come with a builder warranty. The home is well built, and the few things that went wrong were all taken care of prior to warranty's end. I appreciate Gerard and laiben homes doing the right thing and behaving with integrity. Thank you
Custom homes these days are the way to go. I have seen the hail and weather damage in the area and the quality of materials in those neighborhoods are ridiculous. They don't do that here so give them a visit
Very professional contractor. 👏 we had a situation that he took care of in a timely courtesy manner. His exact words were make the homeowner happy. I recommend his work and ethical behavior.
