It's only been one month and we want out. Since the day we moved in we have had issues with big and small cockroaches at our place. One of the showers we had was dirty and had mold at the top and bottom corners. We had requested replacement of tiles and cleaning as well as a bug bomb for our place (08/28/2015). They had neglected our maintenance request (including calls and walk ins) for 2 weeks. We requested another (09/15/2015) and they responded with just "caulking" and spraying down our place but we still saw cockroaches (one falling from the vent near the kitchen). We again called, went in person and have documented emails of our maintenance request as well as complaints the following week.
