An amazing result! On a recommendation, I called Scott. I was looking for a house and settled on a couple of neighborhoods. During my call, it came out that I would prefer a specific neighborhood that wasn’t on my list because none of the available homes matched what I wanted. He asked if I would prefer him to first try to find an off market house that matched in the area. I didn’t expect it, but within a week, I was looking at a house in the neighborhood I wanted! I bought it. He could have taken the easy road and showed me houses in my secondary areas. I can’t say enough about how good he is at what he does. He’s not a run of the mill agent.
