Sunnyview Townhomes

Currently living here and leaving in a day. Management is horrible with bad attitude, they've had us paying for a parking spot for the past year and we've had to fight for our spot because they cannot enforce parking we also have been paying double pet rent that we should and extra expenses going right into the landlords pocket. Many fire safety concerns between buildings 3922 and 3918 that they will not move. You have to plead for dog poop bags and deal with other tenants leaving their dog poop out. They fight back with anything and everything that you contact management about including a cat pee smell in apartment 3922-108 that they cannot fix because they are lazy. Other tenants cannot contain their children outside because they won't go outside to watch them as management has requested

Roughly a year ago tried to rent from them. Three working adults at the time didn’t have the best credit had great rental history all three of us. We did all we could to rent from them. We made plenty enough money. They asked us for a co-signer who makes 10k a month, a simple no would have been better. I’d like to know what job makes 10k a month coz damn sign me up.

I love the apartment complex. The neighbors are nice, the houses are sturdy, the gate and night time security make me feel safe, and maintenance requests get fixed in a timely fashion. My only gripes are how bright the outdoor lights can be at night and that the dumpster area can be pretty messy at times.

Loved our home! Management was very nice and friendly I loved everything! The only con about living here would be the parking lot. Not very much space to park beside your drive way and garage. Besides that I loved everything about living here.

The entrance/exits are gated, which is great given the location. Management is quick to respond with any problems we have. It’s pretty quiet and I have no complaints. We love it here:)
