Sunnybrook Senior Apartments

The office staff is friendly, courteous and respectful. They have made quite a few upgrades to the property. The maintenance staff is also very proactive in responding to maintenance issues. This is a nice place to live.

Management is the worse ever. If u are looking for a happy environment forget about this place I can't believe conifer settles for the way the place is being run. Depressing hallways Filthy floors Management closes community room and invites her own friend's to go in there Doesn't make sense

This place has been a great blessing for my father. He has been here for years, and it has made his life so much happier. He loves the apartment, the staff, and the great community of residents who socialize and participate in events regularly. I sometimes even join them in the fun

Majorly mismanaged and really don't care about the tenant's well being. Apparently you pay them rent, but if the living conditions are unacceptable then you're kinda on your own. The apartments are infested with all kinds bugs and it seems the property manager is not too concerned about it. Due to their lackluster efforts the elderly tenants have to pay out of pocket (1000.00) to try to get some kind of resolve. Imaging waking up only to have critters crawling across your stomach, sharing the bed, with you or even being afraid to walk on the carpet with out being bit! This is exactly what's going on there and the management...apparently, doesn't really care. Might expect this from a bad part of Baltimore or DC. Something really needs to be done about this. UGH!!
