Sunnybrae Apartments

Keyosha is amazing! This is our first time renting an apartment and she has made this process seamless. She was very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the apartment I had no questions to ask in the end. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The scheduling to tour at the Sunnybrae Apartments didn’t take long at all and it started at a timely manner. I had the pleasure of touring with Ms. Keyosha who made it very easy going, being straightforward when answering questions, not rushing and making sure that I didn’t feel pressured at all. The apartment was neat as well as the outside area which was also very quiet and peaceful. Her patience, attentiveness, and transparency helped solidify Sunnybrae as a top option for my family.

My daughter and boyfriend recently moved in. The apartment is quite spacious for a one bedroom. There’s beautiful hardwood flooring throughout with carpet in the bedroom. Closet’s are spacious and kitchen is very nice as well. Neighborhood looks to be nice and quiet and family oriented. So far they are very pleased to have chose Sunnybrae as their home. Let’s hope they have a wonderful year ahead.
