I attempted moving here but was told that having an emotional support animal due to a diagnosed PTSD was not acceptable. I even explained that it would be covered under the American Disabilities Act(ADA) but the property manager couldn't care less. I understand of properties saying they do not want pets, but they cannot discriminate again disabled Veterans with Service animals or Emotional Support Animals. I have filed a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and will be suing them.

If you like to get verbally assaulted by your landlord, rent from Puchalla Properties. Beautiful places but the landlord Dave is very VERY rude and verbally nasty. Loves to scream and just say odd things that don’t make sense. Likes to threaten to evict unlawfully when he is worked up or on one of his screaming fits. Likes to make young women cry I’m convinced. Would not recommend renting from this property manager. Might have to break the lease and eat the cost just because of the inappropriate behavior.

I wanted to move here! But unfortunately, the owner truly sucks! I have two ESAs. They are certified and have legal protections. The owner said I’m not allowed to have more than one pet, but they are BOTH ESAs and according to the Fair Housing Act, I have every right to apply and be approved without discrimination for my support animals. My ESAs do not count in rent. I was excited and ready to apply, and now the owner refuses to contact me even after I have reached out, AGAIN. The apartments look pretty, but no way would I EVER move into a building and give my money to an owner so crappy to others. Unbelievable.

I agree with other reviews. It seems like Dave didn’t want to rent his apartment. I live out of state, so I can’t visit in-person. He refused to provide video tour or videos of the units. Also, the only way to apply was in-person

Man I was most likely to move in to this place, but guy name Dave is extremely rude very rude sounded like he didn’t want place rented at all terrible first experience
