What an incredible experience it was to work with Sunil to rent our first apartment. He responded immediately after I sent out the inquiry, was extremely flexible regarding our busy schedules, and got us approved and prepared the paperwork overnight. It was seamless and relieving as we were short on time and our other plans had fallen through. While we didn’t have much experience, Sunil reassured us of how great the property and owner is and he was absolutely right, we are so happy with it. Overall, Sunil is very warm-hearted, caring, and respectful. He gave great advice and treated us as if we were family, I can’t imagine running into a better realtor.
