Called customer service today and got connected with Eloy - wow, the most unhelpful person I’ve had to displeasure to talk with on the phone. Had to pull information from him to get what I needed. It was like he was trying to not be helpful or tell me things so that he didn’t have to do work. Instead of offering his help and a solution, I had to directly ask him to do stuff to help me. Which he would respond, “yes I can do that now or you can call back later and do it.” At one point he asked me if I had any more questions, and when I went to ask a question I hear him faintly whisper under his breath “oh my god” …I’m just confused how this guy still has this job.
