This property helped me making moving, as a single mom, a smooth transition. Property manager is super kind and cares about her community. I’m glad to be renewing my lease for another year at an affordable price.

me and my family just recently moved in and it’s been great. the neighbors are very friendly & helpful. there’s always a parking spot available and ali is a very welcoming manager. our process to get approved & moved in was fast and easy. I would highly recommend the sunchase square apartments!

Moved in on site management is amazing, was considering writing a letter telling Management company just how impressed I was with on site manager. AND then...Sunchase Management company decided I wanted Spectrum Cable and Internet. So they added $60 to my monthly bill and then the following month, the Management company added water, sewer, and pest service to my monthly bill another $89 extra a month. So signed a contract for $1155 a month but looks like moving forward it will be over $1300 per month with the new monitory charges. Contract is under legal review to see if their action are acceptable.

We lived in the apartments for 5 years. Martin is a great manager. Gets stuff done and very nice. His maintenance team is great as well. Just a call away and stuff gets fixed quick. I always felt very safe there. We lived in a two bedroom two bath very spacious. Go check them out.

Just moved in not too long ago and have had the best experience. Ali is amazing and answers every question as soon as she can. The apartments are cute and clean, everything is orderly. Absolutely recommend Sunchase Square!
