Sunbrook Apartments

I moved to the apartments in January of 2020. And moved out February of 2025 only because I’m moving in with my girlfriend. This was the best apartment experience I have had. The staff is on site, responsive, and professional. Amenities are excellent, and the unit itself was perfect for what I needed. Highly recommend! Photos are from when I moved out

Maintenance and the office always do an excellent job! There friendly and hard working. I have been here a long time. Had a lot of ups and downs living here. But i have seen a lot of people and staff come and go. The current staff are the best staff since I have been living here and deserve a raise in pay. Thanks for all your hard work in trying to keep sunbrook safe clean and nice to live here for us. It is greatly appreciated!

Staff were very pleasant, honest, and helpful. The units seemed small, and there was inconsistent garbage pick up I noticed on my tour. Some dumpsters were overflowing, others were completely empty.

Everything is ok but you don't really listen or don't care about customers suggestions to improve our experience here and the rent is getting really high for what i live in,$1050.00 for a studio with no bedroom and a view of 2 huge bushes but doesn't matter to you and you'll probably say tough luck and to look for something else so this whole comment section is useless cause nothing ever is done about our issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I lived here for 13 months and had multiple issues like no heat during the winter after maintenance came countless times and didn’t fix it. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors talking like they’re right next to you. The worst part is after I moved out I rented somewhere else for a year with no problems …BUT when I tried to get another new apartment I was denied because Sunbrook says I was evicted and owed them money! I couldn’t believe it! I contacted them multiple times to which they admitted they do not see I owe any money…still not fixed! Why after over a year of not living there would they file an eviction?! SHADY!! Avoid these scam artists and go somewhere else
