Sun Terrace Apartments

I wish I could give 0 stars. It used to be a good place to live but the last few years it has became crap. Office managers are not helpful, if they are even there. Can't get anything fixed. The cockroaches are a huge problem. They fired the Maintenance Tech. after 6 years of being there for no good reason other the new manager didn't care for him. Residents that have been there for years are all leaving. If you are looking for a place to live, I DO NOT recommend these apartments. You will be disappointed!!!!

Currently living here and there has not been an apartment manager for months. The pool has been closed for almost the entire summer because they can't maintain it. Charges for renters insurance on the portal that we cannot dispute because there is no manager. They will tow your guests cars even after only a couple hours, but let a junk car take up a parking spot for weeks at a time. This place has gone downhill, recent reviews are accurate.

Lived here for 2 years now and will be renewing our lease for a 3rd year, so far we love it! Decent sized apartments, neighbors are wonderful and no bugs. Miranda who works in the office is such a awesome person to work with. She tends to any issues you have in a timely manner if not quicker. The maintenance man is also a cool nice guy who is knowledgeable at fixing what needs to be addressed and makes you feel welcome. I find this place to be a hidden gem, would give it 10 stars if I could!.. so 10 thumbs up will have to do. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I've lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed my experience! If I wasn't moving into a one bedroom, I would happily renew my lease and stay here. This was my first time moving out and Miranda was great at helping me through the process of getting all of that set up. It's a great sized apartment, I never felt crowded inside even with a good amount of furniture. Having 2 bathrooms was really great as well. The patio is also a great size, I had plenty of room for a bench, a little bistro set, a shelf for plants, and still had access to the storage closet. The unit was clean and well maintained when I got it and I never had any issues with bugs. When my water heater started leaking, maintenance was there right away and I had a new one the next day. I want to start off by saying Miranda is a wonderful property manager. You can call the office and she will answer promptly. If you email her, she will reply super fast! I started out with no AC in the apartment, and they had it fixed the next day! If they weren't fully booked, it would have been done the same day! If it was too hot, the maintenance team was willing to lend me a portable ac unit until it gets fixed. All the neighbors I've encountered are super nice and neighborly, and one of the maintenance workers even lives below my next-door neighbor. He is a wonderful guy, but I forgot his name, lol. The complex is also very close to two coffee shops, circle k, a bank, autoparts, and a Frys marketplace! The pathways through the complex are also nice for daily walks and jogs. I've o
